I agree! I just returned from a jog this morning and there was pooh in the middle of the path! DISGUSTING! I am also a dog owner and feel that these other owners make all of us look bad! : Dog owners need to pick up after their dogs in Washington Park. They need to get out there pooper scoopers and use the plastic bags. If you haven't notice the park is in terrible condition right now,3/17/02. Other people beside you and your dog also play in the park.I'm sure your efforts will be appreciated by all.
