I agree that it is pretty much an off leash park, however, I do keep my dog on her leash during our walks and I really dont like seeing people with no control over their dogs letting them off leash. I recently had a Rottweiler charge my dog and myself while walking around the South Lake, and I can tell you it did not make me favor having an off leash park. I realize there are many good people and good dogs, but I do believe there needs to be some more policing for the "bad" owners!
: Wash Park is an off leash area. What is the big fuss? The dog police never get out of their trucks unless there is a biting incident.
