If you are worried about suburbanite parkers in your 'hood, then why not bitch to the traffic police to change your street to a 15-min zone and have the meter maid come by. That is the way it is done in Denver, expensive parking tickets. It is horrible that such a great park will allow permitted fishing and not off-leash dogs. Who Fishes in Wash Park anyway!
