Denver’s 2009 Ballot and Election Info

It’s almost Election time again…. From Denverpols.org The ballot for Denver County has been set. This year’s election will be all-mail and ballots cannot be mailed out until 22 days prior to the election (happens to fall on Columbus Day). Real Estate Woes

So the real estate woes seem to continue, but hopefully, the Fed lowering the rate will help to fix this. A few years back, they dropped the rate monthly for 6 or 7 months to help ease the pain.
